Business management studies at the university of Mannheim form 1990 until 1995. Afterwards employed at a tax consultancy office in Heidelberg. Frank Scheffner was partner of this tax consultancy office from June 30, 1999 until December 31, 2008

Since 1st January 2009 Frank Scheffner is partner with SHP Scheffner & Hoffmann partnership.

His main field of activity is the advice of manufacturing and service companies as well as freelance professions. Another main field of activity is the international tax advice.

Since 2007 Frank Scheffner is lecturing at the university of applied science in Heidelberg and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim..
